Krebs reports that an arrested ShinyHunters member's Signal chats suggest some negotiators knew of breaches before victims did. Canadian executive Edward Dubrovsky is charged with extortion offences. Unnamed consulting executives are suspected of running the Shinywire leak site. Cypfer denies any involvement.
