1,377 Indian government domains still serve revoked eMudhra certificates

eMudhra revoked thousands of certificates after flawed intermediate CA keys were found, but many gov.in sites never replaced theirs. Firefox blocks them while Chrome, Edge and Safari mostly still load them. Separately, Mozilla's root program says eMudhra missed an investigation deadline.
